By hosting a secure, accounting database (Quickbooks or other applications) on our server, both your office and your personal virtual accountant have 24/7 access to the accounting data file (no sending information back and forth and enormous flexibility).  Get help with what you need, when you need it.  Doing self accounting as a business owner – you enter deposits and pay bills – we do all the complex accounting.  Your accounting database is always updated with timely, relevant information (imagine always knowing what your cash balance is!).  We secure your data which you can access from work, home or even on vacation (anywhere with internet access). 

We take care of keeping backups and any time you have a question, just call your personal virtual accountant and he or she can get immediate, convenient access to the accounting file.  And the final plus – virtual access is efficient: your cost is lower due to reduced travel time, etc.

Traditional Onsite Services (Better)

Your accounting software, maintained at our office and your assigned virtual accountant visits you to address your bookkeeping needs which can include accounts payable and bill payment, invoicing, account reconciliation, review and adjustment and month end closings.

Traditional Monthly Services (Standard)

You or your staff pay the bills, make deposits and invoice customers.  Send all the relevant information to your virtual accountant and monthly financial statements are completed and sent to you.
